How about differentiating between the same session open in 2 or 3 different companies at once? We now have users changing company and doing the same tasks in multiple companies, and they end up confused as to which one is which, even though the company number shows in the session title. I don't suppose there's a way to set a different color background or something like that for each company?

Laura,

Refer to NAZDAQ's product Baan Color Changer.

Baan Color Changer (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1058&perpage=15&display=&highlight=color%20change&pagenumber=2)

Hello,

Although this may be somewhat inconvinient you could use companies mapped to different calanders, hence a warning flag would go off, or put companies on a different VRC, I have relied on users to note the company description as a distinguishing factor. but that also does not always work.

Best wishes,

Thank you for the advice. I'll download the trial, and see what the pricing looks like.

If your users have different accounts per company, then you can use the Desktop Management module in Baan (or table ttdsk360) to modify the appearance of their menus.
