I would like to know how to go about creating/executing/scheduling jobs to run at night/weekends, etc.

Since I work in Finance I am not sure of how to do this and would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.

You need to check this with your Baan tools sys. admin.
Since you're on NT or you use the jobdamon or you schedule jobs thru the NT scheduler.
