Dear/s all,

Earliar we were using two application server and one database server as three tier server technology. Now we have seprate one application server as test server and installed seprate database. But earliar both application server connected with database server. Same setup is working properly. Now i have installed oracle 8i database on one application server to make itself complete server.

I have uploaded tool company backup by bdbpost6.1 and tables are updated fine because i have checked at sql level or qptool6.1 level.But when i am running ba6.1 error is coming as table doen't exist (error no. 506).

Put IP number of matiz in $BSE/lib/lisense6.12003-11-17[12:19:05]:E:bsp: Log_mesg: gethostbyname( matiz ) failed: error 0Or if matiz is the old database server, then modify the settings for database in tools (start with tabledef6.1) to refer to the new server for the database.

Problem not yet solved.

Check if you set the company number for the job has been specified with the environment variable -

-set BSE_COMPNR=100

So if your problem is really urgent, critical and needs a fix asap, go to your local Baan Support office.

u pls check the table and field of ttaad410.syst. I think, there u have defined the old system name. That field should be blank, if u r using local database..

Few tool tables was not exist on my new server . I have checked each and every table and repost remaining tables in new server .
