Does anyone have a clear definition/explanation of the output from btop6.1 and bls6.1. I have taken a look at the Perfromance, Tracing and Tuning Guide, and , although and excellent guide, it doesn't appear to explain the output in very much detail.

For example the "avg w/o max" column in the btop output. Is that waiting I/O time ?

Indeed the output of the tools are not described in detail yet. About the mentioned column: it means "Average without Maximum value". So when having a set of:

3.7
0.1
0.1
0.1

The average is 0.5, but avg w/o max will be 0.1.
