if I have 5 program script variants,

is there anyway to findout the runtime object is result of compiling which program script variant.

Use the debug options of the bshell, and specifically -dbgobj and -dbgfdev.

No, you cannot tell unless you make a difference yourself. Add an ident line with the different variant numbers in it. Then you can tell using bic_info(6.x).
