Hello there. I forgot to check one folder about initialization to
euro which was included on the master of spanish localizations.
I saw there was one pdf document but not ttccri709MVEN and
ttccri709IBER. I've installed sp3 for localizations yet, overlooking
those two. What should I do ? Will I have any problems if I
continue installing the next service packs keeping those files
for the end or should I stop and fix it right now ?

I am not sure but, tccri709 is the table where you define EI fileds to convert when running Euro Conversion.

Because mven and iber have specific tables, not standard, like tfacp204 to tfacp282, you have to include fields from this tables.

If I remember well this patches only contained values for table tccri709.

tccri709 is a standard table. Check it before and make a call to support, is the better solution.
