I am trying to install supply chain on baan 4c4

I stopped the baan logic service and shared memory service ( licensing is not done as it is a test server) and ran the setup.

But it is giving message "Unable to connect" and aborting the setup.

What is the correct method to install Supply chain? Anyone having a document on it?

please provide more infos:

- What environment do you have (OS, DB, Baan SP-Level)?
- Why did you stop the logic service?
- Is the setup programm from a baan appl. CD?
- Did you the test on the testserver, or from a client?
- Is there no docu on Install-CD?

I was told that we have to stop all baan services to install Supply Chain. Shold I not stop the logic service? What abt Shared memory service?
Set up program is from baan cd for Supply Chain
I am testing on the test server at office
There is no doc on install CD.


Is there any doc on installing supply chain in NT environment?
