I am not able to import the dumps of the customizations, which have been taken using the session, ttiex1280m000 into the system.
Everytime we do the same, the session doesn't start and the following BW error message is generated:
Fatal error: Error 2017 (bdb_errno 2017) on ttiex18600 in clear_table
Fatal error: Can not continue in ottiex1288 (init.gui)

I m working on BaaN IVc4 (service pack 11)
Database is Oracle 8.1.6
Operating system is Windows 2000 advance Server.

what can be the problem? and how can i resolve it.

This may be an invalid user name or password for the database.

Check your log files at $BSE/log. Also you are using w2k. You can check in the Event Viewer to find out what caused the problem

Finally resolved the problem.
what has happened was someone had changed the password of the baandb user.
Thus using the session, "ttdba0115m000", changed the password and the session was able to run properly.
