Hi,
I am trying to understand the linkage between EAI tools (TIBCO) and BCBE.
Please let me know if my understanding is correct.

TIBCO (or any EAI) is used for connecting Applications like Baan, Seibel, Peoplesoft, i2
etc. All the applications are connected to TIBCO instead of being connected to each other (directly).

TIBCO uses BCBE to connect to Baan.
TIBCO will use the Peoplesoft equivalent of BCBE to connect to Peoplesoft.

Is my understanding correct?

If yes, I had the following questions.

# 1 If I were to switch from BCBE to Open World what will be the advantages?
# 2 Will I still need TIBCO? I am assuming YES.
