Hello - we were given the advice to archive our info into different archive companies based on year. For instance, all 1999 info will exist in company 199 and all 2000 info will exist in 200 and so on. My question is how do you archive the correct info based on year when some of the archive sessions do not have a date range option?

Unfortunately archiving Production order doesnt go by date range. you need to create a query which range of production orders fall on each year, then archive them a range at a time.
