Baan documentation is the best place to look for it.

One thing I used to do: Run the localized session and compare it with the standard session. Helped me learn quite a few things this way. It is very Laborious though !! But when documentation is not available....

I think the first thing which differs so much in different localizations is "Finances" - so many different laws, fiscal financial approaches, govermental restrictives, reports, currencies and so on. We have already dozens of localized patches and releases and we can't see even when we can stop it.
On the contrary "Tools" i guess is almost the same because the methods of administering and developing are similar.

You can check with Baan India for documents, where much of the Localization for Eruope are done. I believe there should be some about it.
