With BFO 98.4 we got Crystal Reports 6.
This version could not be used to customize the Templates
of iCRM 4.2.

Which version of Crystal Reports do I need?

Can I use the actual version 8.5?

Baan Support told me that Icould use Crystal Reports 7.0
or newer. So Crystal Reports 8.5 should work.
But I did not test it by now.
