I have copied an existing script and added a field as the last sequence number. Generated a new function server based on the session. Maintain function server session shows the correct sequence of fields...however, when i debug the 'test function server' using data, the fields are out of sequence. the first field input is read as sequence 2 , the second input becomes sequence 3...etc. I have paid close attention that the sequence is defined properly in the script also can confirm the sequence is correct in 'Maintain function server'.

has anyone else been unfortunate enough to experience this? any ideas on what the problem could be?

Did u check whether an old Object is still active, normally, this is the one that creates such problems.
