I'm just starting to get to grips with ION Workflow and I have a question about the connection points. As far as I remember, Infor provides a file for importing here by default, so you don't have to add all the BODs manually.

Where can I find this file for the import?

ION desk - Connect - File Templates - Add - Give Name and description, select format type XML and on Settings you can Upload a sample file or just copy paste part of the UserData with your XML content in the SampleContent box. Press Generate Metadata.

In the process further you will be able to select this document template and map fields, etc.

The solution 22945150 will indeed refer to the standard documents, but in case you want to receive or sent a custom document you can use the route I mentioned above ^
