One of our users is externally slow in few report sessions.
We tried to run the same sessions with other user on his PC and everything is OK.
We tried to run this session with this user on other PC's and the problem exists.

The history flag in ttaad2100m000 is gone.

Any idea?

It depends in which session is slow The user can have great amount of seats in some tables, also he reviews the tail of devices for that user and purifies his entrances

The problem come after upgrading to Informix 7.31 TD1.

The sessions are tdsls4404m000 & tdsls4401m000.

Now its look like only one super user is able to print in short time.

R u using database Authorizations? if so this could be the problem.

We use c2 version so there are no sp's.

Since this problem coincides with a change to the database, you might want to look there. Also, check $BSE/lib/defaults for files that would apply to most users but not the one login that is working.

What exact version of Informix are you on and which platform are you using? There have been a number of minor patches (7.31-uc3 on HP for example) that had some spotty performance issues.

Also, check tabledef for user specific connection methods.

Do the reports run fine right after the instance is started and then start getting progressively slower?
