I'm monitoring Active Connection Points.
There are a lot of outstanding bod (1000+) at Sent Unprocessed Bod Status. This affect to I/F delay.

Could you suggest me to find the root cause of this,please?

Probably the best to reach out to Infor Support. If it is about an LN connection point, You can do a connection test from ION. Sometimes re-activating a doc flow is resolving this. But to analyze this, you need the detailed IOn logging.
