Newer documentation exists at SSA Global. In conjuntion with this thread (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?p=101272#post101272) and the warnings in the document - I will refrain from posting it. Please contact SSA for the latest and greatest "Developers Guide for Application Function server".
