can I get relationship between p. order has just approved and related requisition ? I cannot get this element from any standard element PO bod.

Hi, just copying from the BOD mapping document:
PurchaseOrder/PurchaseOrderLine/DocumentReference
@type
tdpur402.rqno Session Purchase Order Line - Linked Information (tdpur4502s000), Requisition field.
For Requisition field filled with 'Requisition'.

So the information is part of the standard PO BOD.

The PO BOD does not contain the requestor from the Requisition. In general there is no need to repeat the value again, as it is already on the Requisition BOD.
You can add it via extensibility.
