We have created a custom bod and added it in connection point but the subscriptions were not found in ION.

Did you activate a document flow in which this custom bod is being used?

yes we have activated document flow but still facing the issue

What do mean with "subscriptions were not found in ION"? Do you refer to the active Routings screen in IONDesk? Or to the tlesb300 table in LN?

Yes we have checked in tlesb300 table in LN there are subscriptions.

what is the actual problem that you are facing? Subscription exist in Ln so the BOD is published? When and where do you face the issue?

In OneView we are not able to find the data through custom BOD

Ok not showing in OneView, that is about an actual instance of the BOD and not about the metadata, like the subscription.
Are you sure you did trigger the custom BOD? was it staged in the outbox: tlesb100?
You could put the logging in ION for the LN connection point into debug mode, thereafter trigger the bod ans see whether ION is handling it.
Does the sequence number in tlesb200 increase at the time you trigger the BOD?
