We are using Infor OS and have IDM set up to use a network file share. So the document archive file root is: \\server\IDMfiles. If we set the shard folder permissions for Domain Users, Domain Admin, Installation user = read/ write, we get an error in the grid node that IDM cannot access the shared folder. If we set permissions on the shared folder for "everyone" to read/write, IDM is able to access the shared folder. Does anyone know what user is used by IDM to access the root file? Can this user be changed?:confused:

The "user" is actually the server itself.
