Hello All,
I've generated a custom BOD through ION and everything seems to map OK to the Standard BOD. But I'm getting the following error: "the data area from the incoming BOD request message could not be read. Change the BOD contents so it contains a valid data area."

Does anyone know exactly what this means and how to fix it?
Are there documents that provide exactly what data fields are required in the BOD?

Hi Blondino

You can map your custom BOD with Standard BOD using XSLT or ION Mapper. ION has fixed template for incoming BOD.
