Hi All,

I recently joined a company that uses baan ivc4.

It's pretty much out-of-the-box with no customisation. They dont have any user guides, training material or help files.

The company has no internet access, but I'm told they used to be able to get help info when they clicked the help icon.

So I'm looking for any help on putting together training guides documentation / help tutorial / entity diagrams etc...


Any help is most appreciated. :)

We need pretty much everything. So anything you have would be helpful.

Do you know if there is a list of Infor Support Briefing videos anywhere, they seem quite good, but i can only find 8 on the xtreme website. I've signed up to https://campus.infor.com, so hopefully they will have more info.

I find it very odd there isnt loads of generic user material.
