Hello,

I am Designing a non-structure Workflow that have Multiple Approval levels.

First user will submit a form that will distribute to multiple approval level and at the last stage User will attach a PDF file and complete the task and the attachment should be mandatory for that user.

Also I need to be Distribute attached PDF file to previous approvers Via Mail.

My queries are:

1: How to make attachment mandatory on workflow form.?

2. I am using Notification to send the mail but attachment is not going with the mail.Please suggest what should I need to do to send the attached file via Mail.?
