You should have seen the log files? I know this is an Old problem, but what did the logs say? It seems that the dll is trying to insert record in certain table which has a reference to tiitm100 at Table Definition level but the record is not present in tiitm100. You probably need to create a record in tiitm100. But then again what do the logs say exactly?
