Hello guys, I have a problem with an ion alert, can someone help me?

When I choose the option "Alert each time the monitor rule evaluates to true" the alert works fine (rule tab in the details of monitor). But it´s many emails, it will drive the users crazy! So I change the option to "Alert if rule evaluates to true 1 time within 1 day". The delivery is fine, I receive just one email a day. But the data into email is wrong. In fact ION changes the data I want (Fiscal ID and customer name) to a link that looks like below:

Alert Timestamp : Aug 28, 2015 1:59:25 PM UTC

LnMessage:WaitingBusinessPart_000000017_ (AE='201', loc='S_201')

Occurrence
- timestamp : Aug 28, 2015 1:58:55 PM UTC

LnMessage:WaitingBusinessPart_000000016_ (AE='201', loc='S_201')

Occurrence
- timestamp : Aug 28, 2015 1:59:25 PM UTC


When the correct is:


LnMessage
- Document : WaitingBusines__ revision id='' AE='201' location='S_201'
- Order: 1/2/000000015/1
- Title: Aguardando Cancelamento Nota Fiscal


Please, if someone knows the way to merge these emais but keeping details, let me know...

Hi Matias,

This is really something internal in ION. I don't think you will find anyone here that knows about these inner details on ION. So I would say: raise an incident.
