are there any users of Business Vault out there that have successfully utilized the product to its full/partial potential? few concerns that we have 1) the publishing is too slow, 2) publishing has lots of hiccups 3) infor don't have the complete set of BODs yet.

we are supposed to use Infor reporting (cognos) but because we can't get the data from BV, we resorted on going back to the standard LN reporting. has anyone done customized BODs? please share your experiences.
