When we work with iCRM 4.2 the Internet Explorer closes itself unexpectedly without any error message or entry in any logfile.

This happens not only when you work active with the software but also when the application is in the backgound.

We tested with IE5 and IE6

Has anybody the same problems?
Has anybody a solution?

IN the Release notes there is a section which says that CRM is no compatible with Antivirus scanners like Mccafee

I heard about the problems with Mccafee. But we do not use
Mccafee. A consultant told us that Mccafee removes DLLs
(or other files) whitch seems to be infected.
That is not the behaviour we noticed.

There is a patch that solves this bug. But I don't know
if this patch is already available for download.

We got it to test it.
