I will suggest you to go through the standard documentation i.e.

Infor10 ION Installation Guide (U9658 US) & Infor10 Federation Services Installation Guide (U9661 US) to get an idea about the process of installation. You will need to do a lot of troubleshooting as it has a lot of things involved like IFS and all.
