H team,
I faced trouble in archiving sales (tssst0202m000) and purchase (tspst0202m000) statistics. At the end of the process tables tdsst020, tdsst025 and tdsst030 (tdpst020,tdpst025,tdpst030) should be deleted but the data are still in the live company.
What is missing. I use the script B40U C4 stnd of 16/03/2003.
Thanks for your help

The pst/sst010, pst/sst015, and pst/sst018 tables contain master data so are always archived and deleted. The pst/sst020, pst/sst025, and pst/sst028 tables are built using a sort key (pst/sst030) so are worthless when archived. Therefore, the standard sessions do not handle these tables. If you need to have active statistics in the archive company, you must rebuild them from the archived master data into compression (by sort key) tables.
Records in pst/sst020, pst/sst025, pst/sst028 resulting from archived master data tables are removed when "clear data for all companies" is set to "yes" in the "Update Sales Statistics" or "Update Purchase Statistics" sessions. The sort key (pst/sst030) tables are cleared as well.

Thanks BaanInOhio for this replay,
I did the full update of statistics (tdsst0201m000 and tdpst0201m000) and it didn't work for tdsst030 and tdpst030. (The full update in our case takes 2 weeks: it's horrible).
Are these tables important ?
In your comment BaanInOhio, what do you mean by "clear data for all companies" is set to "yes"? which program do ypu speak about because in tdsst0201m000 I have not this parameter !!!
Best regards
