Hi,

We are using Baan V c. We are using DDC to record inbound receipts via RF hand held devices. The session code is whinh3201b000. However we are getting the "duplicate transaction key" error? This has started happening recently.
Is the message key generated in Baan? or does Baan only receive it?
Is this a known bug? What could be the possible cause and solution to this issue.

The table which is used to store the message keys is tuddc130. Is deleting the records from this table can be a possible solution for this? :confused:

Don't you get any error log records which point you to the table? Since it says transaction key I was just wondering if you can find the record that is the duplication. If it is tuddc130 and you can find the duplicate record it might help your find a solution. Just a swag since I don't know V and we no longer use DDC.
