I have been creating reports in Crystal for almost a year now and want to know if it's possible to print out the report setup/formulas/variables,etc.

There is an option in the Export function of Crystal called "Report Definition" that will give you what you are after. It creates a detailed listing of all the components of your report including formulas,setup,variables, and etc.. It is accessed by selecting the icon that is an open envelope with a black arrow pointing down into it.

I do not see the icon you mentioned (only the export icon) we are running 8.0 of crystal.

How do I get to the icon?

If you know where the export icon is then that is it. We have 8.0 also, but I'm only describing the appearance of the icon for export that I see. The export drop down list should have "Report Definition" in its list as well as Excel, Word, etc..
