I’m in new in AFS, I want to learn AFS, kindly request to help me, how to start make simple AFS program like Customer Master , tell me step by step

I know BaaN IV tools/ Programming but I don't know how use or start AFS

First read the sticky thread for this forum. Second search this forum for the session in question - there might be sample code. Third look at other sample code around here. The main thing to keep in mind is your code should just about mimic what you do manually. The best way to learn is to practice.
