Friends,

I am aware that we can generate&parse XML files thru Baan.
I recently found that one of our Baan instances doesnt support XML format.

Probably the XML API is missing.
Please let me know URGENTLY, what are the arrangements/installations/required files to get this instance compatible with XML format.

We are on BaanIV c3.

Otherwise, please let me know the workaround on how to read the data from XML and generate a XML format from Baan

Update:
We uploaded the a bit recent version of bic_global file onto the server. I was able to compile the script, but it fails to recongnise the XML commands when I try exceute the script.

Any idea, what else is missing.

Can't you contact support? I have issues with mixing and matching files at that level. No telling what you might be breaking that you just have not run into yet. Have you tried a complete tools and portingset upgrade?

We dont have the Baan support contract any longer valid.
As such I need to try from my end to resolve this issue.
