I am new in this forum, i m looking a session thru which i can able to reocrd my JV's in BAAN JVR by importing them thru excel. Please see the below example & please guide me to resolve this issue:-

IN EXCEL:-

A/C A/C Dimension Dim Dim Dim Dim DR CR
Code Description 1 2 3 4 5

412107 Salaries LineOfBusines Region N/A Dprt CC


In BAAN (Ver IV):-

Please see the above format on which i like to import the data in BAAN JVR. First i have made the format of EXCEL which has to import in BAAN & secondly there is format of BAAN JVR where i want to import the excel data in BAAN JVR.

Please guide me to sort out this problem. It become a big issue for me. I have to first prepare J.V's in excel format to enter them in BAAN JVR.

Please resolve my problem.

I just thought of something - look at session tfgld9116m000. This might be what you are looking for. My system does not have help on it, but yours might. You might have to contact infor to get directions on the session. If you can use this session it will probably be easier than writing stpapi code.

u can use the API to interface with your excel, me already have the coding in baan 5.
