I am currently working with the version Baan IV - B2, and I am trying to use the AFS with the library's version C4 ( ottstpapihand). When entering the first statement, But in some cases works experiencing the same message.

stpapi.put.field ( "ttaad2100m000", "ttaad200.user", "606511d")

Incident the following error:
Error : Process 232: object 0 not found
Error [BaChangeWindow]: Process 232: object 0 not found

Do I need to update some component of Tools.

I would expect that you do need to update something. I would recommend contacting baan and getting b2 on the correct versions of everything. I do not know enough to recommend updating specific pieces of the tools environment .
