What is the Baan IV community using for CRM? Have you integrated it into Baan IV.

An area of my company is looking for a small/low cost solution, which may/may not integrate with Baan IV data.

We currently use Onyx in another area of the company, but it has proved to be overkill for this area.

We're considering further use of ACT, but I wanted to explore other ideas.
