i have installed crystal professional 11 release 2
and the Baan driver from the integration kit .
i have also copied the file shdbapi.dll in the
the portingsset of baan Ln is 7.06b.01

crystal reports directory.

if i try to connect to the Baan server i get the error
"An Error occured while loading a support library."

What can i do ?

Have anywere the combination portingsset 7.06b.01 and Crystal
Reports 11 in use ?

We have found the solution..
The installation guide is not correct.:mad:

You have to copy much more then 1 file (not only the
shdbapi.dll to the local installation directory of then
Integration Kit).

You will find all files which you have to copy
in the file shdbapi.zip which you get directly
from the Baan Solution 206748

i am using SSA LN6.1a in MSSQL database, i am doing the report, can u please provide me with a trial run version of the integration kit, or which vendor should i refer to.

what do you mean... under the installation for CR 10 i see under data access say it require informix client to install first...

i have create thread for CR 10 for Baan.

You have not all or the right files from your portingset from Baan(LNInfor).

Hi,

the Baan Driver for LN is no longer available for LN from about Porting set 7.2. Infor is promoting the Eclipse based BIRT as an alternative.

We were successful getting the Baan Integration Kit to work with our porting set using the shdbapi.dll version 7.6a03. Contrary to one of the other posts, only this one file is needed in the \BusinessObjects\Integration Kit for Baan 11.5\Native\bin\SSA_ERPLN61\ folder.

Different versions of this dll are required for different Baan porting sets. We are in the process of upgraded our porting set and observed the old shdbapi.dll will not allow the Baan Integration Kit to work with the more recent Baan porting set.
