I am trying to automate a baan script using AFS to start the DDC server without user intervention, passing predefined variables from a custom session and using those variables to start up the DDC server. I have had success using stpapi commands to start the server correctly, but have not had the same success to shut the server down. Has anybody achieved this task before, and if so, could you share you accomplishments on shutting the server down with AFS commands? I imagine this would be a lot easier if I had access to source code functionality for DDC, but there is no source code for my present job. Can anybody help out here?
