We are using BaaN IV c4 , I want to know how to save the reports in the C:drive of my PC.

We are generating BaaN reports and printing . I want to save them in Word format or excel format. How to perform.
As an end user whether can I save in my PC latter I can print it or email it..

Please Advice.

I have implented B2Win (http://www.nazdaq.co.il/b2win.shtml) by some of my customers and they are very satisfied with it.

Do a search for "ttstpconv" on BaanBoard. It is a built-in feature of Baan that allows you to set up device types that generate Word, Excel, Notepad, and Wordpad report outputs and it generates them to your PC. Best part about it, is that it doesn't cost anything.

You can add a new Device in session ttaad3500m000
Set it is NOTEPAD
4GL Program : ttstpconv
Argument : ascii:notepad

In windows , use the preview mode and the output comes in bwprint screem . U can save this output on ur pc and print the same using bwprint later on .

You can export to Excel provided you have a recent bw client.
