Can someone try this code on their baan v system.

I am getting the "command disable" error but don't know how to solve it.

What package and module is "whina"? We're running IVc4 and it's not on our system.

It is Baan V, not 4c4. The coding looks correct and my first guess would be to update the stpapi objects and the session code. Since I am on 4c4 I can not test the code.
