I am looking for a PDF document called 'Baan Performance Guide' which deals with improvization of performance on SQL queries.

Is it coming with setup cd, documentation cd,support site download or payable docs from baan.

Baan Support has many documents located on their support site at:

ftp://ftp.support.baan.com/documents/

There are also documents that may be downloaded from the Baan World User's website at www.bwu.org if your company is a member.

It is also possible to call Baan Support and ask them to email you a specific document as well.
