What is the Transaction total tax amount?

I was checking the API DLL. I was able to make out that extended amount is the gross amount.

I was not able to make out what could be Transaction total tax amount.

If anyone has worked on updating the Vertex Register for Tax only Credit or Tax only Debit transaction please post a reply to this thread.
