Hello,

I have setup a controlling report where I have got values for actual costs in column A but no value in column B for budget costs. Both values come from different Baan tables. Example: In tfcat210 I get a value for account 4711 of 1000 but there is no corresponding amount in tffbs111. Now Crystal displays the 2 columns as follow

A (actual) B (Budget)

1000

I would like to have a zero value in column B rather than no value. Is there any chance of achieving that ?

just a guess without testing by myself: did you try the ISNULL function in Crystal?
