I´m looking for a solution in which I can sent a customer financial statement (what they owe us). I need a solution that can extract the data from Baan IV, and send it by email in a readable format, (PDF; HTML), in an automated way, in other words, we want to program that every customer recieves a statement by mail at the end of the month

I saw a product by Cyberscience Corp (office in Denver,Co) that can do this.
It is a very impressive looking Ad-hoc Query / BI solution, and it has a scheduling tool built in that can automate this kind of reporting.
