Gentlemen,

Here is a free solution to mail documents like acknowledgements straight from Baan with the help of Notes addressbooks.

Tested on Lotus Notes R5, Windows 2000 and Baan IVc4.

We developed this internally cause no other program or help was available for Notes.

Could you please post sources.

Thanks for posting the sources. I am sure not many will look into it, but if someone does want to use the program in a production environment it gives them peace of mind.

Have a question. In Notes I can set an option that allows Notes Minder to not prompt me for a password. Is this something that your program can do. I am a little worried about the passwords being in the clear on the hard disk.

In the absence of a location information, I assumed that you lived/worked in Pasadena, California. Your email and the fact that you program in Delphi suggests you are from The Netherlands. So what is the story :).

I will look if it is possible to encrypt the password but this can take a while.

We worked with Outlook before but whe have to use Notes now (decision from the headquarters in France) We are part of Square D and are using Baan IV for 5 years now. The headquarters is using SAP so I think we are migrating to SAP in the upcoming years

after installing this tool in the same way as shown in the documentation I get a runtime error 217. I do not know how to solve this.

Do you have any idea?

We have domino 6.5 with inotes client. i.e web client

Baan on Solaris, Domino on WinNT .

Can attachmail work , having inotes clients.

Thank you ,Your attachmail is workin very fine , gr8 job .
But most of our clients are running win 98 , and your attachmail as you mentioned works on win2000 and higher
Can you please give me a solution so that i can run the same on 98 machines .
We are using win2003 server and win 98 clients with lotus notes and Baan 4c4

Your program really helped us .. But is it possible to send excel files directly from baan to lotus using your program? i tried sending files with .html and .rtf extension.. it works fine.. Wot about .xls file? does it work?
