Hello everyone

Anyone ever try to include the Item code systems (field aitc in table tcibd004) in a Crystal Report that needs to give Sales Order info, deliveries, invoices, etc.. about customer and Items?

We use projects (pcs) in Baan5c and we need to connect the alternative code(customer item code) to our reports. Unfortunately in 5c the item domain is singular when using the project and the item coding system is at a standard level (difficult to link the fields). The only field that we can find to link these fields is the dfit field on the General item data table (tcibd001) but then we have no link with the customer.

Any ideas anyone?

Just in case you still want the answer one full year after you posted it (just came across it while browsing for something else today).

The sales clerk should have keyed in the item code system (tdsls401.citt) while creating the SO line

thanks for the note.....but you are missing the point.
the clerk does insert the alternative item code, but then the project is created and the link from personalized item to standard item does not include the alternative item code....
There is no standrad solution to this, we have personalised the invoice itself.
