Hi All,
I am having problems trying to save reports from Crystal Reports 8.5 to the APS server.
The environment is the following:
Crystal Enterprise 8.5 is installed on a W2000 server (stand alone installation, i.e all the servers are installed on the same computer).
Crystal Reports 8.5 Pro is installed on a W2000 workstation.
I can logon using the Management Console, no problem. I am using Enterprise authentication to logon and I'm using the Administrator account (no pwd).
When I try to connect to APS from within Crystal Reports, I get the following error message:
"Failed to logon to APS". If I logon to the Management Console, the 'failed' user shows as being connected.
If I try to Save the report using "Enterprise Folders" feature, I get "Critical error while attempting to communicate with the APS".
I performed the Crystal Reports 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise 8.5 installations as per the installation guides.
Any help would be greately appreciated,
Doina
