Hi,
I want to create a crystal report from whinr114 table. When I goto the Database and try to select Baan tables from my ODBC it is not showing whinr114 table. It stops after tgbrg tables.
Do you have any idea what causes this problem ?
Greatly appreciate your help

I think Crystal has a maximum number of tables that it can display in that dialog. Try choosing the "Options" button and select Table name like: %300 (or the appropriate company number). With the filtered list, you should see the WH tables.
Alternatively, you may need to check your permissions to view the WH tables.

You are great. I filtered for my prod co. , it displayed all the tables. Any idea what is the limit on the number of tables it can display ...
Thanks a lot.

If you look on the Crystal web site you can find details of a Registry sessing which can be changed to increase the number of tables Crystal will display.

Thanks Andrew - based on your comments, I looked at the Crystal web site. The default is 8000 tables returned. See this article in the Crystal Reports KnowledgeBase for how to increase that default:

Thanks Marc. It is really a informative article. The information that every Crystal/Baan developer requires.

If your're using a straight ODBC database connection, you should consider using the Baan native driver for Crystal Reports. It handles multi-company reporting, and shows the actual table/field names.
