We have installed russian language pack for IWM 4.1.02.
We also have installed Infor LN 10.2.1.
Messages in russian language are not getting displayed correctly in scanner.
In the xml-files (used by the application) and saved as UTF-8 encoding, no problem, you see the russian characters, but on the scanner you only see strange chars.

You may need to set the charset in th barcode scanner . As we use chinese , and I change the default charset of the screen , and it is OK
