Hi,

I wanted to delete our Service Orders with Session tssma3293m000 and I received the following message:

1 : process 19-Fatal error:Error 606 (Reference does not exist) on tssma301101 in commit_trans
2 : process 19-Fatal error:Can not continue in tssma3293m000 ()

Does anyone have an idea?

Happy Easter!

You should be able to check $BSE/log/log.bshell6.1 for the field and value that is causing the error.

Hi!

Here ist the error message from log.bshell:

Log_mesg: Reference does not exist: tssma301.ccon->tssma220.ccon [ 107]
Errno 0 bdb_errno 520 (Error during buffered updates)
Log_mesg: Error 606 (Reference does not exist) on
tssma301101 in commit_trans

And now?

Seems that one (or more) service order has a invalid entry in the field contract (tssma301.ccon). The contract number "107" does not exists in the contracts table tssma220.

Search for the corresponding orders with the invalid entry in the field contract and delete the field via GTM (ttaad4100).

Hi Juergen!

You're right! The service contract 107 is no longer available in service contracts. It was manually deleted.
If I delete the service order manually in the GTM, the information about the service order is still available in the history? Isn't it?

Thanks!

Yes, if the the orders are posted to history via tssma3292m000.

If you use GTM to delete the orders manually then be aware to delete the orders also the other tables like tssma310, tssma311 ......

So I think the best choice is to use the standard program to delete the orders.

Yes, but if I use the standard program the error pop's up again! ...and again and again....

But thanks for your help.

Thats what I wrote in my first reply.

Delete only the contract fields with the contents "107" for all orders in table tssma301 (Service orders) via GTM.
After that the standard program runs without errors.
